Fear Of The Unknown

When someone tells you about a money making opportunity, do you immediately prevent them from talking about it? Or, do you start questioning their involvement to a point that they will leave you alone?

Well, that’s happened to me plenty of times. I would present an opportunity to someone, and they would say something like, “How does my signing up with you help you or me make money?” Or, “Anyone can make a YouTube video and make it look and sound good.”

Those questions tell us as marketers that there is a fear of the unknown. People are afraid to try new things because of possible failure. Even if someone offers you something that’s free to try without any red flags or catches; you still err on the side of caution. Hey, I want to make this perfectly clear to everyone; there is a risk of failure in anything that you do. But more often than not, you will always get back what you put into something. If you don’t try, you fail before you start. And, if you assume that an opportunity is a scam or something like that, then you will most likely miss out on a golden ticket.

One of richest men in the world, Warren Buffet, once said “If you don’t find a way to make money while you sleep, you will work until you die.” Which means, that if you think that a 9 to 5 job is going to sustain you, you’re in for a rude awakening. You can’t rely on your job being there until you retire. If you don’t have several streams of income you won’t be able to enjoy the quality of life that you dream about.

Don’t get me wrong, some people want to live a simple life, but what today’s problems have shown us, we have to innovate and plan for the long-term. Do you care about the well-being of your children? And, do you care about your grandchildren’s well-being? I’m certain that you do. So, if you are not afraid to take a leap of faith and plan for your future; go Here to sign up for a long-term solution to your income situation. Time to make money while you sleep!
